Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in edtech/fintech product marketing, extensive knowledge of market research, and a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans to drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

Product Launches:

  • Develop launch timelines, manage budgets, and measure the effectiveness of launch activities.

Content Development:

  • Create compelling content, including product briefs, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver sales training materials and presentations to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell the product.
  • Create sales enablement resources, such as competitive analysis, objection handling guides, and product FAQs.
  • Work closely with sales to gather feedback and continuously improve product marketing efforts.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify success stories.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and other content to showcase product value and drive customer advocacy.
  • Foster relationships with key customers and industry influencers to build brand loyalty and credibility.

Performance Analysis:
