Requirements
We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds — particularly those with education in:
- Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science
- Strong analytical and programming skills (Python, R, C++, or Java)
- Foundational knowledge of financial markets and trading systems
- Demonstrated interest in quantitative research and modeling
Previous project or internship experience in algo trading is a plus, but not a requirement.
